This company is DBA for Cushionsxpress. I did not see these reviews, unfortunately, when I ordered from Cushionsxpress on 6/28/18. Money was withdrawn from my account by the next day and per my receipt, the product would be sent within 10-12 business days. After 3 full weeks with no notifications from the company, I attempted contacting Cushionsxpress 3 days in a row starting on 7/20/18. I ordered a Hungarian goose down pillow last year from pillowsexpress.com. I believe the website is operated by United Pillow Manufacturing, which is why I'm leaving this review here. The pillow I received was of excellent quality and was priced very reasonably for an all-down pillow filled with Hungarian goose down. It has contributed greatly to a sound night's sleep and has also relieved stress on my neck when sleeping. I ordered two custom outdoor cushions from here. I needed custom because the chair is smaller than any typical outdoor cushions could work for. UPM offered great options and a user friendly website. After my order, I was contacted to confirm zipper placement on the cushions, and then was notified once they were shipped. Everything was as described on the site. I ordered several pillows from this company to check their on quality. I also ordered from Pottery Barn, Gracious Home and Crate and Barrel. BY FAR...I found these pillows to be the best. This company has exceptional quality, offers custom sizes (which is great in itself, and also offers many quality options for their stuffing's. I will be ordering from this company again and hope my experiences continue to be positive :)

I have the pillows an absolutely love them! They are everything he says they are. Finally a pillow that doesn't flatten, or get all messed up after washing an drying. I have recommended this pillow to everyone I know.
