I ordered some down pillows for my wife from Royal Pillow Co. Confirmation and delivery were fine and we received the pillows a week later. My wife immediately complained about the odor of the feathers. She tumbled them in the dryer, on no heat for 10 minutes without success. We gave up and I called for a Return Shipping Authorization. At this point I was notified the company had merged or been acquired by United, and they gave me an email address to contact the new company. Normally I never leave positive reviews (only negative to steer people away if necessary). The only reason I am doing so in this case is that there are so many negative reviews for this company I nearly didn't make my order, but now I am glad I did since my experience (though strange) was quite positive. I ordered a custom sized pillow case, and the reason I decided to go forward with the order despite the bad reviews was that their price was less than half what I could find in other places - and it didn't cost that much in ... read more

We ordered several cushions and cushion covers last year. The sunbrella fabric we wanted was out of stock and **************** couldn't get some the fabrics we wanted so they sold me some fabric which supposedly had the same warranty as Sunbrella fabric which was not supposed to fade ... Well.. 3 months later we noticed the fabric had faded. We called ************************* and he said he would replace the fabric. On April 27, 2021, I placed an order for custom made cushions. My credit card was charged on April 28. I have not received my order I inquired on the website; no response. Telephoned and was told no one could help me because I don't have an invoice #. I was advised to e-mail. No response. I am going to dispute the charge on my credit card.

I ordered a large quantity of pillow fills over a month ago and I have not received them nor can I get any answers. My credit card was billed the day I ordered and still no product. If you call, they say their voicemail is full and cannot take messages. I'm done waiting!! Very unhappy and cannot fulfill my client orders. don't order from them!

I ordered cushions from this company in September. I received the cushions about 6 weeks later, but at that point, I didn't need them. I spoke with **** *********, who sent me a copy of my order, and promised a 60% reimbursement for the cost, as the cushions were a custom order. I returned the order via UPS in early December and did not receive the promised reimbursement. Terrible customer service. I ordered on 8/12/20. Contacted them for order status via email (because no on answers the phone) on Sept. 3. No response. Contacted again next day. Response was let me get on order and get back to you. Never got back to me. Emailed them again on Sept. 9. Response was my order would be shipped out "next week, I'd get tracking information from UPS". That would've been week of Sept. 14th. NOTHING. The only thing professional about this is the website. I phoned concerning my order, the woman who answered said " Let me call the warehouse." I was told my order would ship the next day..." It takes time to make pillows." ?? Standard pillows! I did receive my order and it was satisfactory, but..the packaging was horrible and there was no order slip included.

After ordering from here, my credit card was stolen and charges run up on it for hundreds of dollars in Florida. They made the cushions completely wrong, not to spec. I wrote and complained and asked for a refund and return label. They sent another set (no return label) that was also made wrong. The pair of cushions were even two different sizes. I finally contacted my credit card company. It took 3 months. But I got a full refund. They never replied to my BBB complaint. BBB still has this place as A+ despite so many complai... read more
