I’m very surprised by these negative reviews.. just had United Meters out this morning for a new water meter (paid by the city). Ray showed up right on time, he was super friendly and quickly got everything completed! The office staff was friendly as well, must have some new employees or the other reviewers are just weird.
Today this guy shows up at my door I was on the phone with my mother's Doctor she is in hospice and is not doing well and this guy was ready to just bulldoze into the house was extremely hateful and very inconsiderate, I called the company to complain about them. They didn't even return the call. They seem pretty shady. I can't believe this town hired these people to put in a new water meter and then he gives me a receipt where I can't even read any of the numbers of the previous meter and I hope we don't get charged for wat... read more
hired by the village to update water meter. no call/no show for appointment today. claimed appointment was yesterday, except we were home yesterday also. very unprofessional
Teach your drivers to respect the neighborhoods they’re working in. One of your trucks was just speeding through Westchester and flipped a 3 point turn on a T street without stopping or looking. We don’t even want you people here harassing us let alone disregarding basic driving safety.
I had an excellent experience with my person that showed up to replace my water meter. He was so professional and courteous. I'd like to write to his boss and give him kudos for a job well done, but I don't have his name.
