Horrible experience here yesterday! Tried to get a couple of prescriptions refilled but they weren’t having anything to do with me. Dr Carlo Valencia is as cold of a person as the weather has been. Unfortunately most of the good doctors have moved on from this clinic . I’m looking forward to getting better care from another facility as soon as I can. Do not go here !! Go to a walk in clinic!!!
do NOT go here. I had a family doctor that I was seeing as a kid until she had left and Maria Valencia took over. I followed up for a work from home letter (when I needed it not permanently) due to infertility and a past diagnosis from my previous doctor. The doctor not only said I need to go to work, which I have never called out of work, but she wanted to prescribe me two different types of medication WHILE undergoing fertility treatments and telling me that I can be on that particular medication while being pregnant. Today was my first time at this location. I feel like a lot of drama could have been avoided if they had the correct business hours online. It says they are open 8am-4:30pm when it should be 8am-12pm closed for lunch from 12pm - 1pm then open from 1pm - 4:30pm. I showed up a little early, I came in as someone was coming out and when I sat down the receptionist was rude, telling me that they were closed. Shaky and mediocre service. I transferred here because it was closer to my house. It started a bit rocky due to paperwork and being new, which I expected being new. But in my year plus, I had more appointment confirmations than actual appointments. I would chat with their admin staff, schedule an appointment, I would get a text saying I was scheduled, then I would check the portal a few days leading up to the appointment and they would say I was not scheduled. They sent out fake bills. I paid it then realized it was already paid. It has been a month trying to get my money back. I will no longer see the doctor as this is so suspicious and weird.
