Great Detailed Cleaning ! I love UMA ! – I've used UMA for the past 8 years and they are customer friendly, detail oriented and professional. The owner is super nice and easy to talk to. I'd recommend them to any one wanting top notch cleaning services. The also clean my business and we love them....

This service is not a good cleaning service.....I used this service and I am not happy with the overall cleaning job... they were amateurs, and not concerned about my place. They come with a few cleaners and not all of them are good. When they left there was dirt, dust, and the floors were.n't as clean as they should be. This is very costly for Below average work....even though it is time to clean again, I will not use them again.. Also I asked: them to do certain chores that they did not do..

Best Cleaning Service I've ever used ! – High Quality and great communication by the management. I've used them for my personal residence and my buildings. Detail oriented and customer friendly. I'd recommend UMA to anyone looking for consistently great cleaning services. Any problems are guaranteed to be corrected and they have been in business for over 12 years. Not a fly by night company. Thumbs up !

ONE LESS WORRY. OUR CLEAN HOME!!! – Moved to the city from lehigh valley for job promotion(single mother of 2 active teens) . Busy with new job and now even less time to clean. The three of us decided we needed help!! Called United Maids of America and scheduled an appointment. UMA workers arrived on time, were polite, and cleaned thoroughly. We are going to use them again. Very pleased!!

In business over 10 years because UMA is the BEST ! – I have to admit I'm biased. I've read some negative reviews about UMA but I know that they are false and/or are written by competitors. It's a shame you have to pay and upgrade your account in order to counteract negative reviews and comments. UMA cleans over 80 jobs on average per week but the happy clients usually don't write reviews and UMA is too busy making clients happy to ask. UMA is licensed, bonded and fully insured. Will NEVER USE AGAIN – have used United Maids of America for approximately 2 years, intermittently. They have been uneven in their cleaning. They once broke an expensive lamp. I did get reimbursed. On a recent occasion, I left out my cleaning supplies to just do my floor, bathroom and kitchen cleaned, and my apartment vacuumed. They used Lestoil, to which I am allergic. I required a trip to the emergency room and was placed on steroids for 5 days, had to leave my windows open in the blistering heat, and was sick from this ex... read more

unethical business practices – contacted united maids to do a thorough cleaning of my recently widowed aunt. Spoke with owner, created a detailed list, she promised everything. 2 women came, didn't bring a vacuum, nor paper towels. They informed my 88 year old aunt, that they did not move furniture, climb on ladders, nor do any scrubbing, also they did not use furniture polish. one women told her she was to short to clean light fixtures. 2 hours later at a cost of 128.00, they were dismissed. call to the owner. with no retur... read more
