I have used United Maids for several years. I have been very happy with their services. They clean efficiently and effectively. I am also extremely pleased with how they treat my dogs when they are in my house. It gives me peace of mind to let people into my house whom I know are responsible. Linda

I have used UMA for my cleaning needs for a few years, and have been extremely happy with them. During one of the cleaning sessions, my pet dog was sick, I was working, and one of the crew walked my dog and added water to his bowl. Now where in today's society do you find good people like that? Great People to deal, I highly recommend!

You lost my Keys?! Strike 1: Day of initial cleaning I get a call at work from the crew--my appt was at 1pm when I could meet them to give them instructions. I was told that they finished another job early and if I couldn't meet them 3 hrs earlier, I'd have to reschedule--what?! Worked that out with the office, but shouldnt have bothered. Strike 2: Now, we find out that the reason they haven't called to confirm the service and schedule a new cleaning is that they LOST OUR KEYS including a security key FOB. Service was average...when you could get them to show up. They had to reschedule the first appointment three times because of "miscommunication". What is so hard to understand about "Be at this location at 10am on this day?" Apparently it's too hard for some of their workers to grasp because they didn't show up until the next day. We were told they weren't supposed to give us a time, they were just going to appear during the day. How is that good customer service especially for a first time customer? Amatuer at best – Good job vacuuming that was about it. Was not worth the money. Dust on pictures around house, one lady spent 3 hrs in the kitchen and what she did was only about 20 mins worth of work. They broke 2 of my daughters figurines upstairs while dusting. Will NEVER use again or refer.
