Just talked to a wonderful representative, Bernice. She really helped me out with an issue I was having. And of course during my call, my phone disconnected. Which made me panic, thinking of having to call back and start all over again. Well, Bernice actually called me back!! I've never had such luck with their customer service, but this woman saved my day. Hope this gets back to her somehow! Thank you so much again, Bernice!!
The "new" website does not work. For over a month, despite which of the three browsers I use, I can log in but gives various error messages when payment is attempted to be submitted. When calling, I get an "out of area" message.
Just delt with a very rude and inconsiderate service representative on the phone. I waited for 53 minutes on hold after going through about 7 minutes of phone options. Not only was the person being snippy and not offering much assistance, but when i asked for them to give me a moment while I obtained some information on my end, I was told "I can only o\hold for 1 minute because we have a large call volume today, after that I'll have to end the call". 1. There customer service is terrible. They sent me a bill in August stating I had a credit balance. Then nothing for September, couldn't get an answer as to why, then a bill due Oct for 2 months. A few days later I get a shut off notice. They made an error and double credited my account. I was told I would accumulate late charges if it wasn't paid in full even though it was there error. 6 1/2 hours out in Fairfield after lightning storm tonight. 2 1/2 hours after estimated time to restore. Still waiting.
