I worked for this company for over 6 years at Bridgeport Harbor Station, in the Operations Dept. Swing shifts, weekends, and Holidays, I've worked them all. I most certainly was vested as far as pensions. When I called and asked about the money I paid into, a few years later, I was told that the formula was revised and I did not qualify, nor deserve what I had paid into it. I loved my job and the Company I worked for. From what I'm reading, from your customers, I'm not surprised how I was treated. Shame On U.I.

Normally, though the rates are insane we've rarely lost power when others in the state have. Until this afternoon. Power went out at 4:36 pm. School begins tomorrow and us parents have a lot to do to get these kids ready and in bed. Website says the Estimated time for it to be back on was 7:15 pm. Still out..
faster service with outages
Customer service is horrid, calling in to report a outage you get hung up on.. no credit on bill for outages.. they just suck.
YOU need MORE CSR's to handle your work load
Awful. Wait times between 1 and 2 hours. Every time I call to pay I’m on hold forever and then the phone goes dead.
