I have been a member of United Heritage C/U for over 15 years and I have never had this level of experience. "Off the Chain". The branch on 620 across from the Lake Travis High School has an employee named Jordan Boyson and she is the Biggest Ray of Sunshine. She knows almost everyone that walks into the bank by name. We are always greeted with a smile and she is always willing to help no matter how busy she is. A Great Experience every time we have to make a transaction.
My family have been members before I went to Viet nam. That is over 30 pus year as members Of this credit union. You can count them with your hard earned money. Thanks UHFCU. Dan & Sandi.
I got completely jerked around by the lending dept and they obviously don't want my business. Guess being a client for almost 15 years and several loans means nothing. Very disappointed.
