I do not feel rushed or burdened at any point during my conversations with her. I was able to lock in at a very happy fixed rate for my Tesla car loan as well as refinance my other recently newly purchased vehicle. You're charging to get a new debit card?! I would understand if I lost it, but it just expired. There's not even an option to get a free one in the mail. That's ridiculous.
My debit card with UHCU is expiring at the end of this month. I was just informed that there is now a charge for the new one. I could understand if I had lost it but it has simply expired. You can offer free cappuccino in your branches but are going to charge me for access to my own money?! Not cool, UHCU!
