We have not been able to login to online or mobile banking regularly for almost 3 weeks now! Very dissatisfied with the technical team. When running a business you have to be able to access your account, unfortunately this is an ongoing issue that does not seem to be of utmost importance to resolve. I’ve banked with them for around 19 years and opened an account for my daughter when she was a baby and she is now 18 years old in high school. Unfortunately, she left her wallet in a Lyft drivers car and her account was wiped out! UHCU refunded part of it but she’s now out of $500 that they would not refund to her for the reason that the Lyft driver figured out her PIN number (he had her whole wallet).
