You're charging to get a new debit card?! I would understand if I lost it, but it just expired. There's not even an option to get a free one in the mail. That's ridiculous.
My debit card with UHCU is expiring at the end of this month. I was just informed that there is now a charge for the new one. I could understand if I had lost it but it has simply expired. You can offer free cappuccino in your branches but are going to charge me for access to my own money?! Not cool, UHCU!
I was introduced to United Heritage while buying a fifth wheel RV. I got the best rate by far and once my application was done and approved, I got a call asking if I would be interested in refinancing my truck. I got another great rate. So, when I bought a new truck I refused to allow the dealership to try for the loan as I knew I would get a better rate with United Heritage.
