United Heritage is a fantastic bank with friendly staff and great customer service. I have been using UHCU for auto loans for several years and have always been impressed with their service. I complained last week about the same issues: Amazon & Mercari not being able to transfer the money I make selling on these 2 venues into my savings account. Despite the fact they both have the account & routing numbers. Looks to me they don't want any other money deposited into my savings account except for my Social Security check. United Heritage Credit Union employs people who don't know how anything works. They constantly give me bad information over the phone and the website is always down for maintenance. If you want to feel comfortable with where your money is located, go somewhere else.

Horrible customer service. You cancel my card because it was "compromised" without a phone call, letter or anything. Can't tell me how, when or why ?? And good luck to me now that all bills are late and I can't even check out at the grocery store now

I've been with these guys since before Bergstrom went away. Haven't had any problems.
I've been with United Heritage Credit Union for many years and I've always had great customer service, awesome employees, very friendly and I love the personal banking experience, I mean if there's any type of problem going on in my account I personally get a phone call from a real person asking me if I'm everything's going good? Love my Credit Union! !!!!!
