Moved my accounts here a couple of months ago. Broken down, antiquated web services, sad Customer Services and just plain rude loan contacts. Pulled all my funds today and already unable to pull a June statement. Had to clean the teller out, pulling my measly sum. Contact you relentlessly to offer you services but when you request their help they just shut you down. Pack up and get out if you can't keep up with the times.

This credit union sucks. Banked with them for 18 years and they screwed me over on a car. Worse credit union ever. Not just me i know a lot of other people who get banked with them and got screwed out of their vehicle as well. My very first credit union and after being a loyal customer for over 18 years. Got screwed out of my car. I wouldn't recommend this place at all
I sold a camper to a member of this credit union. My credit union still has not received the funds after 9 days. Both our credit unions are in Austin. This company gave me the run around for 3 days. I missed a whole days worth of work because of their carelessness. Now it's past the 10 day pay off,so they have to pay more money. I have called them several times with no response. The worst part is that they know I need this paid off in order to close on my house. Now my family has to stay in a hotel or something until my bank... read more
