This is a terrible insurance company that cares very little for its customers. They are intentionally evasive and confusing. Customer service is the worst I've encountered.
Terrible customer service. Hours of phone calls. I was provided incorrect and misleading information about how to get the medications my family needs. Took too long to obtain critical medications for my son's diabetes and my medical problems.

United Healthcare of TN has some of the rudest empoyees I have ever dealth with. I was trying to get information from their employee Tajuana H*****, and she was rude and ignorant. I advise others to not do business with United Health Care
