Living in one of their properties now. Roach filled, holes in floors, cracks in walls and ceiling that maintenance covered with caulk right in my face. I've had 11 maintenance requests that have all been marked as closed and completed. Very poor communication. Has changed management LLC names three times, but they are all SAR related. United Dream and SAR regularly take advantage of tenants, and have no respect for tenants as working human beings. I cannot wait to move out.
A partner company with SAR Property Managemeny. Avoid at all costs.
