This company came out in January of 2022 and after working with American Home Shield and quoted a very high price and told me a few incorrect items on my repair(s). I declined to use the company. Since then I have received a call from the company over 15 times and each time I have asked to be removed from whatever list I am on. Time will tell if I am ever removed but I have blocked the numbers and then they call from another number. Use a better trusted professional with better customer service and honest technicians.

My warranty company put in an order for them to service my gas furnace which was not working at all around November 17. They came out on the first appointment 19 and was unable to fix it stated they needed to order a part it would take 2 weeks I waited. 2 weeks came schedule the follow-up appointment for them to say the part was wrong after I already took off from work for the service to be completed. The following is an accurate timeline regarding my experience with the United Air Temp Company. On 12 December 2022, I contacted American Home Shield (AHS) Warranty regarding a heating issue with my home unit. To my surprise, AHS had its subcontractor contact me to set up an appointment promptly. We agreed on an appointment for 13 December with an appointment window between 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm. Ditto all the comments below. Horrible company and Horrible customer service. We were contracted also through AHS (horrible company as well) and waited 2 weeks for them to come and service our hot water heated which was not working. They finally came out and said the water needed to be replaced, but we had to wait for another 24 hours for the supervisor to sign off on it. These people are liars and thieves. They were sent through American Home Shield to analyze my heat pump that had quit cooling. The technician was very polite; however after removing the hoses in order to check the freon pressure, he inserted a tool (similar to a screwdriver) into the Schraeder valve. He said the valve was leaking. When I asked him about what he had done to the valve with the tool, he said all he had done was remove the nuts, holding the hoses in place. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!! I waited several days for the United Air to come fix my a/c. They were contracted through American Home Shield (another horrible company) . After waiting for the a/c tech to come - who arrived 2.5 hours late. He refused to look at the inside a/c unit. Said if it is running it is fine - "they are solid". He charged by a/c with one lb of refrigerant then charged me and left. I am know sitting in a house that is 80+ degrees. The absolute worst company! Started with AHS sending them out for a pipe leaking. They sent 2 inexperienced techs who did nothing but cut holes in dry wall. Still didn't find leak. Fast forward 3 days later, they send another, young, inexperienced tech who also said, the office at United Temp has been slacking lately with very little staff. In which I didn't ask, he volunteered this info. Do Not Use this Company - I would give them a "Zero" star if it was an option!!! This company was sent dispatched to me via ******** **** ******warranty company to fix the A/C. The technician said that the system's evaporator coil was leaking refrigerate and needed to be repaired as it was corroded/rusty. He then took it out the system for repairs and stated that he would return the next day to install it but never did and did not call. I called them to fix my HVAC, which had been making strange noises and not working at full capacity for a few weeks. The woman I spoke to on the phone was rude, she berated me for not buying a "warranty package" (which was clearly a huge rip-off), and when the man came to service my HVAC he was more than an hour late. Of course, he was rude and didn't bother apologizing for the lateness.
