Trash company unscrupulous. Jobbed me for a $175 service i didn't need. Had to use them through American Home Shield. The tech spent 4-5 hours at my house and some how missed that we had a refrigerant leak. I found that out after seeking 3 other opinions because I felt they were just trying to sell me. The other companies took pictures showed me the other issues that it was more than the part they diagnosed. The most horrible experience I've ever had with an HVAC company. It took them over a month abd a half as of date, to resolve my AC issue. Since then, they've visited my property more than six times without resolve up until today. Mind you, its been extremely hot and several heatwaves which temps reached up to 95 to 100 degrees throughout the month of June 2023 and earlier this month of August 2023. Rudy B****** was on time. He diagnosed & fixed the problem efficiently. During his visit he was polite & courteous. Rudy was professionally helpful. I will recommend Rudy from United Air Temp to friends & family.
Been to my home 4 times over the last month to repair my ac unit. Each time the technician found a different issue with the unit. The last time i was told that it needed a new motor. Brought a new motor and then claimed the “New” motor was damaged and it’s gonna take another week to get it fixed. I was referred to them by American Home Shield and they were completely useless to any of my complaints. Do not use this company by any means
I so terribly dissatisfied with American Home Shield. I should not be allowed to give not even a 1 star. This company has terrible customer service. They select the worst counteractors for you to work with that are inexperienced and will not complete the job. I placed my service request on 5/24/23 for my AC unit, as of today in the middle of the summer we are still without air. STAY AWAY FROM WORST COMPANY AROUND! We placed service order with American Home Shield they have sent 2 different technicians out to report the same exact thing for and AC repair. The stated it will take 7-10 days to order part. I explained I have a sick asthmatic kid in house temperature will be in the 90s. Nothing they were willing to expedite unless we wanted to purchase the unit out right for $4000 instead of using warranty and they can fix same day. Do Not Use this company, I was stuck with them by my home warranty company, they did the work and the technician up sold me to purchase a service contract to cover any future issues that included Freon, well I paid for years and now am told that it is not covered- Total Scammers, I called their customer service and they could care less, told me to take it or leave it, absolutely the worst, check website they constantly hiring can’t keep good peoples they are all hacks and dishonest, save your money.
They sent a technician who was incompetent. Had no clue what he was doing. He was to fix two bib cocks leakage and no hot water to Bath tub. He went looking for cause , and determined The pressure was too high in the house. He checked the house pressure in the bottom of hot water heater. He needed to check the pressure of in coming pressure. On base of that he told my insurance company that was causing the issues.
