If there was a 0 I would provide it. First off, this company took 3 weeks to deny us for a bullshit dropped charge for a case over 5 years ago. They then told us to appeal the denial, in which we did. With the help of our realtors AND the OWNERS and their realtor we had a supporting appeal letter. It then took them 2 weeks to STILL deny us. Every time my realtor tried to contact them to get an update, they NEVER answered. I am now 31 weeks pregnant during a pandemic and was denied housing with a week left of my current lease... read more
I would never recommend anyone in the world work with this company. They have discriminated again me and have denied me housing for a petty arrest over 5 years ago, which never led to a conviction. They have failed to demonstrate a legitimate interest in protecting the safety of the community and it's residents. They deserve a federal lawsuit for discriminating on the basis of an arrest record. I will be writing a letter to FHA and HUD for discrimination. They have practically left me, and my pregnant wife homeless.
