I had both hips replaced by Dr. Frank Ebert and everything was amazing. I felt like I was in a awesome hotel. I wanted to stay longer.

Dr. Brad Lerner in Urology did a procedure on my husband to enable us to begin our IVF experience in 2000 with Fertility doctor Dr. Nathan Berger and the wonderful lab specialist Dr. Ming (hope I have her name correctly) who tended our eggs and did the actual fertilization with her high tech tools. In a few days, our twins are graduating from high school in Anne Arundel County. Words cannot express the gratitude we feel for these wonderful doctors and their staff. I just have to say what a true pleasure our experience was today at Union Memorial. Every single person we met from janitors to doctors, to nurses, to cafeteria staff to administrators was wonderful. Thank you Union Memorial for making a stressful and a bit scary day a total breeze. Amber in the surgical waiting area is the sweetest most lovely and professional person! We hugged her when we left. Great hospital over all nice staff
making appointments at union memorial is useless. Every time we have had an appt, there has been a 3 to 5 hr. wait even though appointment is made up to 6 months in advance. not customer friendly at all
