RecommendedI had a surgical procedure done by Dr Ryan Katz today. I found that everyone from the registration people to recovery were professional, kind and treated me with respect. My anesthesia was delivered by a CRNA! (Being a nurse practitioner, I have a special pride for advanced practice nurses.) My questions were answered and my anxiety was understood and comforted.

The nursing staff in this hospital are seriously amazing! During my stay I was taken care of by nurses in the ER, OR, PACU, and Orthopedics floor. I wish I would have been prepared/knew in advance that I was going to be there so I could’ve provided the nursing staff with a thank you gift. I am beyond thankful for their care!

this is the best hospital that I've been to in Baltimore where all the staff even in cleaning so it's so respectful and treat you like you should be treated I would definitely recommend this hospital because they actually care how you feel
So grateful for all of the heroes who took care of my father who had COVID-19, but I would like to give a special thank you to ICU nurse Nicole. My father described her as an angel and she explained everything very thoroughly to me on the phone when I talked to her.
They need to seriously educate their staff. I am a provider and was there on 5/8/2020 on the 9th floor around 2pm and the secretary was NOT wearing a face mask. When I asked why she wasn't she got smart and said she didn't have to answer to me and she didn't need to wear one even though everyone else on the floor was. It was an older African American woman and when I asked her name she hid her badge. None of the other nurses or staff seemed to care or want to correct the issue and acted like I was the problem.
