RecommendedMy acknowledgements to the Management and Staff of Flats at Atlas. Marcus (manager) has been great with Putting Residents First. He was a big help with my lease renewal process. Maintenance staff is awesome, and they ensure that any maintenance issues are sorted out quickly. Couple of weeks ago my Stove had to be replaced. Stacey did a great job taking care of that. Living here has been wonderful. The staff are always so friendly and willing to help with any question or concern you may have. The amenities are always kept clean and maintained very well. I truly appreciate this living community and attend nearly every event they throw. Management does a great job of creating fun ways for their residents to meet and familiarize with neighbors. There are many perks to living here and I would highly recommend this living community.

I’ve been living at the Flats for 6 months and I love it! The staff and concierge staff are amazing. The residents are friendly and it feels like a small family here. Not to mention the clean environment and being a few steps away from the popular H St. corridor. If you’re looking for a place I highly recommend this building and ask for Brandon!
Lived at the Flats a little over a year, overall I’ve had a great experience with the community of residents that live here as well as with the staff. The location is steps away from the swiftly developing H St corridor which I must say has some great restaurants to offer and Union Station is just a FREE trolley ride away.
