The front desk called me to schedule an appointment. I showed up on the day of the scheduled appointment with my mother who is in her late 80s. I took off of work that day. then when I get there, the front desk tells me the doctor left for the day without even consideration of calling me. Not even letting me know .it was such an inconvenience to me and my mother. It was very difficult for her. There was no sense of humility. The staff was very rude. I was so happy that doctor does very good job and she knew it what I need she touched my heart my fill like 20 years old I lost my age back to the 45 years I hope everybody understand what I say
