I am on my second keyboard. This current keyboard has a problem. The ESC key sticks at the bottom of its travel. I have to use a pair of needle nose pliers to gently pull the key up. I am satisfied with how Unicomp provided the RMA for the first keyboard. The quick turn around is very good. I know it is a good keyboard, just a small problem with the key
I've owned Unicomp keyboards for about 8 years now. I've purchased one for my work computer, and one for my home. They have been very reliable, and they of course have the famed buckling spring mechanism. I feel twice as productive on one -- and they are built like a tank. They are not the "prettiest" keyboard out there, but I'm satisfied if my code turns out great and couldn't care less what my keyboard looks like. Great keyboards. I've bought a Unicom keyboard for every PC and Mac I've used over the years.
Ordered some keycaps and a new spacebar for my 1994 Model M a few months back, fantastic quality and quick delivery. Highly recommended.
I've had the classic key board for a few years now and I love it. I took a key board to my office to use at my desk and my office manager uses my desk when i'm out just cause she likes my key board better than hers.
