Great service! Laura was great and made me feel comfortable.
I didn’t like it. The wax seemed thin and cheap she had to pull multiple times. She came in with a mask on which I was rude I’ve never had a waxer do that. She also made me open my parts another thing a waxer never had me do. Facility was clean though. She also didn’t apply pressure after pulls which made my first experience a bit dreadful.
The lady I did it with didn’t really get the fact that it was my first time and also was pulling it super slow and exfoliated it before the wax super hard even tho I told her it hurts. Even tho I repeated the fact that it was my first time it’s like she didn’t hear me or something cause when I told her to stop the whole thing (I didn’t finish it) I said it once again and she acted hella surprised as if I hadn’t already said it.
