James and gang did a wonderful job on my bike - Yamaha Virago. I could not be happier to be turned down by other powersports shops in town in order to discover Uncaged. Pricing was good, communication was great (along with customer service), and maintenance was stellar. I won't take it anywhere else while I am in town. Thank you guys!
Just prior to leaving for our spur of the moment road trip, I had the front wheel tire changed and 900 miles into traveling from Northern Calif. Stopped in Klamath Falls at tread and track for a simple problem and were turned away as they "were unable to help us" (don't all moto' s have wheels?) Looked up some other options and found uncaged motorsports. James took care of a simple issue (checked balance of wheel) and brought another issue to my attention. Top notch service done quickly. professionally, and very reasonably! In K-Falls (or Lakeview) there is no better place to bring your bike.

James saved my bike for me, He came and picked it up Thursday and knew what was up with by Sat, had it back Monday in great running condition, And the bill was fair and he was great on customer service and the best with recommendations for maintenance. I had a bad experience with other local repair shop that had destroyed two things on my friends enduro and then fixed the 1 thing it was int here for and it was in prefect condition before hand.
