The crust is perfection! However fell a little short for me on flavor. You can certainly taste the freshness/ simplicity of the ingredients, but was missing some spice elements, I have probably been corrupted by all the other Vera moda napoletana places in the US
Best traditional, wood-fire oven pizza I've ever had. No sham, no compromise, just great ingredients, crafted and cooked to perfection.
