Alex is a very warm and knowledgeable dealer that runs a small dealership with quality vehicles. Nice and accommodating so I could come after work to inspect and test drive. Financing did not work out though. The guy I test drove with smoked cigarettes before and after. Glad he didn't do it during but I still got he second hand smoke smell a little. He was going to try another bank to finance the next day and let me know the result good or bad. I did not get a call but that's fine, I found a Subaru Impreza I like more with half as many miles (44K) for only $1K more.
I did not like the way the salesman dealt with me by phone. He did not have all of the answers to my questions about the car that I was interested in. The yelp review was so mixed, I decided not to do business with them.
Just by an auto generated email. Never responded to our query for interior pictures.
The staff was wonderful and used a no pressure approach. They were really patient with me and were honest about the car and the rates were fair and reasonable! They even let me test drive the car, I just felt so comfortable talking to the dealer. :) Next time I need to reel in a car, I'm definitely returning! I just love family businesses so much ! ^^*
I love my new car. I did a lot of research when I was looking to buy and I found Ultimate Auto Sales to be the most fair and professional dealership. When I initially reached out to them, they got back to me right away and answered all of my questions about the vehicle's history, number of previous owners, etc. I was easily able to schedule a test drive and didn't feel pressured to buy.
