I order online from Ulta, when I got the confirmation email I noticed that the quantity for one of the items was 2 instead of one. There wasn't a option to edit the order so I emailed them right away to fix this problem... within 2 minutes of placing the order. They responded and said that they could not edit the order, and then I asked them to cancel it, they told me that they would not do that. I ordered 3 items from ulta online I changed my address before I ordered and yet somehow it sent it to an address I haven't lived at for about 5 years now? They refuse to give me a refund because the " item was successfully dropped at the porch" I don't live there it was not successful and I should of gotten my money back.

These people are just awful. You call to solve minor issues and they give you a near heart attack with false information every time! I almost feel like they do this so you forget why you called in the first place! *** ***. They are just awful and their whole point system is a marketing scam that they use to mislead you into thinking your earning something when in fact they are just stealing from you! Worst customer service! False advertising of delivery time (not due to a delay, just advertised fraudulently) and when i requested a refund for my expedited shipping they refused! I provided documentation (screenshot) of the advertised shipping and they still denied me a refund. I will NEVER shop here again! Disgusting!

I ordered an online order from them totaling $51.06 on 4/13/21. It was mailed out on 4/14/21 and was said that it was left on my front porch on 4/18/21 which is a Sunday. I looked everywhere outside and there was no package. I contacted Ulta and got the response that I needed to wait 3 days to see if it showed up. I waited the 3 days and again contacted them on the 3rd day to let them know that it still was missing. ULTA (Billing issue) My bills are always paid on time. For some reason, Ulta never received my payment, so I stopped payment on check and paid by another credit card. This was all done before my billing due date. So, what do they do. Charge me $29 for a return check fee......AND they refuse to waive it.

Do not pay for expedited shipping from this business. On the website, if you expedite, it says it will arrive within two business days. When shipping confirmation email arrives, it says 3-8 business days. When you call customer support, they say “The website is showing just an estimate.” And they will also refuse to refund the expedited shipping charge.

I am a decades long Ulta member writing this to inform and complain about 2 issues that are not in your drop box options for your on-line form. The 1st issue is a major problem ordering on-line and trying to use my very old, original rewards card membership #. My current address that I've lived at for 10 years and correctly entered was some how overridden and instead my package was shipped to the address I lived in 12 years ago in a different state! I placed an order with Ulta online, and there shipping is horrible. I ordered enough items so that way I wouldn’t have to pay the extra shipping fee, and upon checkout they didn’t even give me an estimated delivery time. I have been constantly checking if my package has been out to ship but every time I check it just says awaiting carrier pickup, and it’s has been like that for 4 days. I don’t mind having to wait but if they could just let me know when I can expect my package to arrive would be nice.
