I am forced to select a star to leave a review. They don't deserve one. After purchasing a few items with my debit card yesterday, Ulta tried to open a credit card in my name. Fortunately, I have a freeze on my credit and received an alert immediately. They did not have the authority to open a credit card with my name, and I did not apply for a credit card.

I placed an order 3 weeks ago through my Ulta account with the correct address in my account as well as imputing the correct address when I placed the order. The order was over $100. When I used ***** Pay, it changed to an old address. I have never had my address change from what I input when using ***** Pay on any other website. I called 1 min later to cancel the order which I was told they could not cancel it. I was sent an email saying they couldn’t cancel it and I had to wait until it was delivered and sent back. Ulta kept sending emails about the benefits of becoming a Diamond member, so I spent a lot of money on online orders through 2020 and was so excited to reap the benefits in 2021 after earning into the highest tier. All of the great gifts that come along with being a Diamond member are available online only. I am more than 3 months into my Diamond membership and amazingly, I am no longer able to make any online purchases. DONT SHOP HERE !!!!!!! I was a customer for years and one of my packages was stolen and they didn’t care they told me there not responsible and that’s that!! Then they BLOCKED me from making online orders so I can’t even order online because you guys don’t give a shit about your customers !!!!!! I ESCALATED MY CASE and just to find out they will end up sending me a letter saying the same thing WE DELIVERED YOUR PACKAGE WERE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST ITEMS AND WE WONT REPLACE THEM

Made an online order and for 4 days have been given the run around. it is marked as delivered & now after beign told id have a resolution in 72 hours, ive been told i need to wait. again. and they couldnt tell me when they would resend it or have my refund or any type of resolution at all. order was 300 dollars and maybe thats not much to them but they have lost my business forever.

They’re totally uninterested in helping me rectify a shipping mistake. I’ve spent so much here over the years but after my terrible experience w their online store I will never buy from them again. I attempted at every level to change my shipping address, and ontrac, their shipper confirmed it bc they were “unable” to help me, and still no package, but ulta says they can do nothing for me. Disgusting.

I had to change the shipping address for my order since I moved and first contacted their customer service via chat. I asked the agent if she can change the address on the order, or if she could confirm the shipping company so I can contact them myself and see if my package can be rerouted. I was a customer service/chat agent upset so when I noticed the agent was sending me automated responses and not answering my question, it was very frustrating. I ordered $200 worth of product from Ulta. The delivery status is delivered but I never received my package. I contacted Ulta and it took them a week to tell me they won’t do anything because the delivery service said it was delivered. I filed a complaint with Ulta and ***** ****. The driver left my package in the lobby of my apartment building instead of in the package room as instructed. Well I’ll repost it since my original post was taken down. I ordered the dyson complete styler on 2/4/21. I have called the phone number sent via my order email ending in 8582 twice this week and no one can give me any info on the location of my dyson. It hasn’t even shipped yet. When I ordered it, it said it would be delivered by 2/12/21. Today is 2/18/21 and I still don’t have it.
