ordered placed an order on 1/15/21 for the Dyson Air Wrap and 2 serums from The Ordinary. When I got my delivery it was in a small bubble wrap packaging and the Dyson was not in it. I called customer service and was told that they would escalate the issue and I would hear back in 48 hours but I called them tonight after not hearing anything and was told that I have to wait another 48 hours to hear from a supervisor. I used to love ULTA and have shopped there for many years, in store and online. I ordered a package and it was due to deliver 3 days later, WOW, so cool. Except the company Ulta used for delivery left it outside my apartment complex in a high traffic area instead of leaving a notice for re-delivery on my door. Do not shop online or through the app! I placed an order and the shipping address was populated wrong. I immediately reported the wrong shipping address to customer service. The reply I got from customer services was that they sent the order to the warehouse and can’t change the shipping address. Never ordering from Ulta online again. I had an address change over the summer of 2020. I changed my address on my Ulta account. No problems. Starting receiving their catalogs and coupons at my new address. I received a gift card for Christmas and decided to make my purchase online (COVID Safety). I have received multiple damaged items so I was going to return the items. Well, someone is getting handsy at the Distribution Center. Ulta is trying to tell me I didn't return the items when I have PROOF that I DID send the items back!!! I had 3 items in a zip-lock bag together and they ONLY received 1 of the items? NOT possible! My package was stolen after being left in an open-access area at my apartment. I was in on the day of the "delivery" and my apartment complex has a locked mailroom for packages to go to but the package was placed where anyone can get to it. I contacted Ulta who said that they had an image of the "delivery" and so will not reship or refund me even when proper delivery precautions weren't followed causing the package to be stolen. I placed two orders for Christmas presents well before Christmas. Both packages had no accurate tracking. I receive a message while at work saying they were delivered. When I get home, shortly after said email there are no packages. I check the property, ask my neighbors. Still nothing. I reach out after them not showing up for 5 days. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE. Ulta will not resend an item lost in shipping. The holiday was wild this year and a package was lost. I did NOT request a refund although I didn’t get the item. They refused to replace it. I launched a UPS investigation at their request. They say it was delivered although it wasn’t and the local UPS store is still trying to locate the package. My child did not get her 150.00 hairbrush for Christmas. I’ve communicated with the customer service 5 times since then. They ARE AWFUL!
