Placed my order 12/7/20 & it still is saying "Waiting on Carrier Pickup". This is a Christmas present and I thought I ordered in enough time to get it here BEFORE Christmas! I placed a very large order on November 30, 2020. On December 8, one package out of three different tracking numbers was delivered. In this package, two items were supposed to be included. Item #2568090 and item # 2563168, per the invoice. Unfortunately, in the small box I received, only the Kylie Skin care set was in the box and not the larger dyson air dryer limited edition. I placed an order on 11/24 with Ulta and I emailed on 12/9 since my order has not arrived. When I originally asked about my order, I was given a generic answer telling me that after 10 business days they would look into the missing order. If the customer service person resonding would have looked at my question and order before just sending out the boxed response, she would have seen that as we were talking the order was already 12 business days late. Extremely upset about this company. I ordered $100 worth of products online. After 15 business days (3 weeks) I try to track the package and it says that it was never picked up from the warehouse. I tried calling cust service and they advised that it would arrive in 3 more days. 5 days later I still did not get the package. So I called again and to get a refund and they advised that they were not going to refund me because even though they did not have an exact shipping date for me the order was processed. Really? Beware! Customer service is terrible. I placed an order on December 1st, 2020. The order consisted of items for my mother for a Christmas present and I also ordered Clinique for myself. On December 11th, I received an email from Ulta stating my return has been processed. The package was to be delivered by now as I received an email on December 3rd from Ulta that my items shipped. Absolutely terrible customer service!!! I was on the phone for hours and not one person was able to help me with my problem regarding a gift card. They either kept transferring me to random departments or just flat out disconnected me.
I would give them a zero if I could. The shipping practices are just atrocious! We have to wait 2 weeks after they have "shipped" my products before they will do anything? It takes at least a week for them to actually ship anything. I've shopped with ULTA for years as well as using the salon, no more. I only ordered on line because again they were out of my product in the stores. I will now be buying from companies who actually care about my business and can get things to me in a timely manner. Diamond no more!

The delay is due to the national shipping delay that majority of carriers are currently experiencing. I ordered on 11/26 and it still has not shipped. It just says “awaiting carrier pickup”. This is outrageous. I called and was able to get them to “reship” some items again (of course half my order is now “out of stock” and yet again my package is stuck “waiting on carrier pickup”. At this point I just want my money back but they said I have to wait 10 business days before I can request a refund. After this I am cutting up my Ulta credit card. Never ever again.
I ordered a few items back on Black Friday and they still have not shipped. Mind you, I’ve ordered from other companies after Black Friday and received the orders within days so the amount of time it’s taking for this Ulta order concerned me.
