Made an online order and for 4 days have been given the run around. it is marked as delivered & now after beign told id have a resolution in 72 hours, ive been told i need to wait. again. and they couldnt tell me when they would resend it or have my refund or any type of resolution at all. order was 300 dollars and maybe thats not much to them but they have lost my business forever.

They’re totally uninterested in helping me rectify a shipping mistake. I’ve spent so much here over the years but after my terrible experience w their online store I will never buy from them again. I attempted at every level to change my shipping address, and ontrac, their shipper confirmed it bc they were “unable” to help me, and still no package, but ulta says they can do nothing for me. Disgusting.

I had to change the shipping address for my order since I moved and first contacted their customer service via chat. I asked the agent if she can change the address on the order, or if she could confirm the shipping company so I can contact them myself and see if my package can be rerouted. I was a customer service/chat agent upset so when I noticed the agent was sending me automated responses and not answering my question, it was very frustrating. Well I’ll repost it since my original post was taken down. I ordered the dyson complete styler on 2/4/21. I have called the phone number sent via my order email ending in 8582 twice this week and no one can give me any info on the location of my dyson. It hasn’t even shipped yet. When I ordered it, it said it would be delivered by 2/12/21. Today is 2/18/21 and I still don’t have it. I ordered $200 worth of product from Ulta. The delivery status is delivered but I never received my package. I contacted Ulta and it took them a week to tell me they won’t do anything because the delivery service said it was delivered. I filed a complaint with Ulta and ***** ****. The driver left my package in the lobby of my apartment building instead of in the package room as instructed. If I could provide zero stars for customer service, I would. I placed an order with Ulta valued at more than $200. I received notice that ********* had delivered the parcel but I did not receive it. I contacted Ulta and even sent photos to prove that my front door does not match the photo provided by *********. They refuse to reship or refund. The customer service is awful in store and via the phone. I ordered a ***** complete hair styled 2/4/21 and it said it would be delivered 2/12/21. Today is 2/16/21 and it hasn’t even shipped yet! I called they said I will receive a new email which I have yet to receive with a new shipping label and they are “discussing” with management about getting me a discount for something that ISN’T my fault! I USE to be an avid ULTA customer but they are going down hill quickly!

I am so upset with Ulta. I have been a member for over 10 years, literally since I started buying makeup. I think I bought my very first ever lipstick from Ulta. Anyways, I am a diamond member and I spend more than enough to be treated like a valued customer, but instead have been given the run around all day long. I wish it were possible to give this company zero stars. They participate in false advertising online and try to explain it to you in a way that makes it seem like you didn't get scammed when that's exactly what happened. I purchased an order online 1.27.21. The promotion for the NYX Professional Make Up Micro Brow Pencil read "Buy 2, get 1 free. Add 3 items to qualify."
