I had my hair colored at the ****************** location. I have had it colored there for years. I was not satisfied as I paid. My color was darker blonde underneath. My gray was not even colored on the right side of my face. The stylist never showed me my hair with a hand held mirror. I paid $100 for a service I wasn't happy with. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this by calling the corporate office. No one calls me back. The store manager is rude. They keep saying it is under review. It has been a month. Ulta shoppers beware!!! I bought a few products from Ulta and decided I needed to return. Brought the items to local Ulta store, with the original sales receipt and was told my return could not be processed without a phone number. I bought the items under my sister's phone number, it's a loyal program I guess. Anyway, I did not have my phone with me at the time to give the number. I used the app to order some skincare that totalled almost $120. I had selected to pick up at my nearest location, as I had many times before. I placed the order in the morning, and drove that evening after work to receive the items, as I needed them before I left the next day out of town for work. I had placed an online order and they sent only one item and on the packing list it did not include two of my other items. I messaged and emailed back and zero response so I ended up calling the following morning. The lady I had spoke to expedited the missing items. To this day, I have still not received my missing items. I purchased items from Ulta Beauty online. These items were never delivered, and showed delivery delayed. 12 days after, the order shows delivered on original date, what a shame! In between and still, I have messaged, chatted, emailed, called customer service with absolutely NO resolution, no refund. Obviously the delivery company lost the package or is scamming and I have been charge for items NOT received. I was so excited to find a salon that I would be able to go to on the weekend. I had problems with the scheduling. I received a text stating if I did not confirm my appointment, it would be cancelled. I confirmed it via text. Then I received another message the next day saying it was cancelled even though I did what was asked and did confirm it the day prior. Ulta has committed FRUAD! On Sep 15, 2023 I placed an online order and it was delivered to my neighborhood mailbox over the weekend. I did not receive the package, as stated placed in mailbox. I called ULTA customer service and they told me to wait a week and call again. I called 10 days later and gave me the run around that the package was delivered to the mailbox and theyd check with ***** I called 5 days later and asked to speak to a supervisor, since customer service was useless. I placed an order for almost $200.00 through the app. At the time, there was a free 23 piece gift set with a purchase of 150 or more, plus a 10 percent off offer. Neither was applied to my order. I called multiple times and finally received the 10 percent discount, but was told that they absolutely could not send me the 23 piece gift set. I have spent thousands at this store, and I do not understand why they couldn't have simply put the gift set in the mail as soon as they realized it wasn't included in my bag.

I wish I could leave no stars! I made a purchase at Ulta for $102.70 and the next day I returned the entire purchase. Two weeks later and I still havent received my money back. I contacted the store and they directed me to the main office. I dealt with pure stupidity at the main office only to be told that the refund was processed but not to the card that made the purchase.
