I was in the hospital for several days a few weeks ago for a bad SVT episode. I had to call 911 and be transported by ambulance. I was admitted and saw several doctors from First Coast Heart over my Hospital stay. Dr Sanghvi told me that his office would call me the day after I was discharged to set up an appointment and also speak about scheduling for a procedure I need to have. I'm currently waiting almost an hour for my appointment today. The only reason I give this place 3 stars is Dr Sangvhi is an excellent doctor. Do you think he'd tolerate waiting an hour to see me?
You can never ever talk to anyone in the office its always a call center and when I have a question the call center can't help me and when u get a voice mail and you leave a message they dont call you back what kind of dr office do that I never in my life had to deal with something like this
My cardiologist referred me to Dr. Pubbi for a procedure that would enable me to discontinue using a blood thinner. I met with Dr. Pubbi, and I was pleased and impressed with the consultation meeting. He spent time learning about my medical history, and he took even more time talking with me about the procedure. He was thorough and allowed me to ask questions. If I decide to have the procedure, I will schedule it with Dr. Pubbi.
