I had to get a heart check up and was told I needed an imaging by Dr Kandah. The front desk ( Bonnie) was setting me up for the imaging with a facility that would charge much more than another imaging center covered by my insurance. I told Bonnie do not schedule me at their UF site. I immediately got push back ( attitude and a short tone). Not a good experience. Dr. was nice enough but not helpful, office staff are lazy and rude especially the girl with dark hair and glasses. If you need records, you should request them ahead of time. I literally came in the office a month before the appointment to make the appointment, it would have been simple to let me know that your office has no access to epic and I would have had records in hand.
