I have been here 3 times. All not great but YESTERDAY was the worst by far. I had kidney stones (I didn’t know what it was but it was excruciating nonetheless). Basically it was written everywhere that I’m allergic to NSAIDS. It was even in my chart and she still started to administer an NSAID to me. She stopped pretty quickly but my symptoms take a few hours to appear and when I finally got discharged and went home my eye was swollen because I get angioedema. I would give this hospital zero stars if I could. My 76 year old mother has been to the ER here three times in the past two months. Tonight I'm actually with her. The staff is callous and rude and the doctor acted like he didn't have the time to listen fully to her symptoms. He also dismissed me when I tried to explain what she was dealing with.
