RN nurse and charge nurse on the 5th floor, made me leave the hospital at 10:30 pm after I had already stayed 5 days with my daughter. No one else had a problem and she was in the room alone. They came in on the next shift. They were very rude to me and I felt discriminated against from those two women.

We were very happy to visit today UF Health Hospital, since we passed the entrance door we found nice people. We where attending by Gina at the registration Deparment , she was nice and help us with the process. After that she bring us to the lab department. It was very fast and Taylor to care of me and another nice lady to care of my husband. Very nice and proffesional people. We are very happy with our experience. Thank you!

Regarding urogynecologist Dr.Goldwasser and his team on the 5th floor. cannot say enough incredible things about this practice and the care my mom received. From the moment we walked in, we were treated with genuine kindness, respect, and compassion. The doctor is not only extremely knowledgeable, but also took the time to truly listen, explain everything clearly, and make my mom feel comfortable during a situation that can be very vulnerable and overwhelming. Failed to find something significant that was in imaging results. No one acknowledge through my entire hospitalization. Later found auditing my own records. Not recommended.
