RecommendedI just came through Gastroenterology Surgery and I want to thank the staff at Shand's Hospital and in particular Dr. Reed and his awesome GI surgical team for taking such good care of me through my rectal prolapse surgery and afterward. Ended up with 2 bills which is fine. 1 was paid and the other I set up autopay at an amount that the hospital requested per month. A couple months later, I get a letter In the mail that the PAID bill was sent to collections and there requesting I pay the bill in full. I called Shands and they said that was a mistake on their part and would make it right. 6 months later, I get another letter. I sat there at the emergency room for 8 hours been six for over a year was told they were one of the best they to 25 people before me told them I had medical records other people told me they sat ther the day before for over 10 hour and they had to come back because his wife just had surgery yesterday had 5 pound of her intestines taking out and they didn't even care I drove 3 hour away to come here to try to get answers to there emergency room i was told how great this place was I'm not the type to go post anything they ask... read more
