I was sent to Jules Stein after failed attempts by Kaiser surgeons to correct torsional diplopia that resulted after retina detachment surgery. All of my previous surgeries were extremely traumatic and I feel that Kaiser did the best they could. I was fortunate that my vision was restored, but as a deputy sheriff I needed two good eyes that would both see straight.
