This is the best place to go ...the doctors are the best ...and the staff is so helpful ...it's a distance for me to go to but it's very well worth it
Huge mill, more about processing than caring. Receptionist scolded me for being 5 minutes late, so I advised her that perhaps the folks on the phone might provide better, more clear directions regarding parking and its proximity to the facility. Since the phone rep was unable to give clear, concise direction as a result of my inquiry, I wandered around following unclear signage. This was truly a cold and impersonal environment. I'm becoming quite disenchanted with most of the UCLA Health Care.
They are wonderful for my medical needs. And it is good to know you can trust in your Dr's. I have been going since 2008 and also my husband.
Long Wait , the naked statue of a man with his penis showing isn't what my friend really wanted to see with her limited vision plus he looked like it was cold when he posed for the artist
