I had gone to this clinic before and waited a long time, and every time there is an excuse, either there is an emergency or not enough people working that day. That does not say much for UCLA hospital. Jules Stein building is beautiful, but what about keeping your patients happy. Instead of building a new building with large corridors, travertin walls, you should improve your service. Very disappointed, specially when the person in charge tells you"I do not Know"
Everyone was so kind, caring & helpful. They really know how to treat everyone with dignity & respect.
It's getting so ridiculous to come and see a Dr here, the wait it's for more then 3 hours with appointment.
I love Dr. Shapiro - she's a really good doctor and diagnostician!
