I just had my baby 3 days ago now & this was my first experience with UCHealth. I am amazed at how awesome the nurses were in L&D & in the area you go after having your baby! All of the nurses were so caring and helpful. I would recommend this hospital for giving birth anyday! Loved loved loved!
They took care of my son quick in the ER nice change......didn't feel like firing the whole medical industrial! First time in along time!
Hospital itself seems to be ok. But I'm a little upset over the fact that I found out the valet people don't make minimum wage and several nurses are telling people/patients that they are NOT supposed to be tipping the valets and that they don't accept tips. Now, I understand it's not mandatory to do so, and valet parking is free. But the nurses should not be telling people/patients to not tip them! That's just wrong, and very poor etiquette!
Billing office cant get their stuff straight. Called multiple times and still isnt right
This hospital employs only the best and they most certainly practice “medicine with a heart”. Whether it is the technician, nurse, doctor, or transport, they treat you like family and don’t stop until they have true and accurate answers. Thank you! Special thanks to Alicia (NP), Jennifer, Danielle, Jackie, and all the other inpatient nurses and techs on the 4th floor.
WHEN I ARRIVED TO THE ER TO BE SEEN I WAS A LITTLE NERVOUS AT FIRST. AFTER ABOUT 5 MINUTES I WAS ABSOLUTELY IMPRESSED WITH THE ER STAFF. I EVENTUALLY HAD TO STAY FOR 2 DAYS FOR A FEW NECESSARY TESTS, AND I MUST SAY THAT FROM START TO FINISH I WAS TREATED WITH RESPECT, COMPASSION, AND I WAS GIVEN THE BEST CARE THAT I BELIEVE ANYONE COULD POSSIBLY GET. I WANNA THANK EVERYONE THAT HAD A PART IN MY VISIT, JOB WELL DONE.
Not worth me wasting my time to explain the horrible service my mom received, but worth my time rating Memorial Central ER 1 Star.
