Lovely staff, skilled providers, excellent facility!!
Valet parking will wreck your vehicle, then give you the run around when you try to get them to pay for it. Leaving you the victim of lost wages due to their negligence! Another company taking advantage of people.
They treat people like trash and don't listen at all. I have a pain disorder and THEIR nurse told me to come admit myself, when I get there, they treat me like I'm some sort of drug seeker. I'm asking to be admitted... not for drugs... Absolutely asinine staff, making people wait while they chat about lunch period and what they are going to eat, Doctors answering phone calls MID examination, talking to Nurses about how he saw Hamilton. Had a wonderful experience with the nurses and rehab staff during my stay at the hospital. The food service not so much. The food was good when I got it. They missed two meals and half the meals were missing food items. The omelets sometimes looked like scrambled eggs.
They took care of me like I was family got me in and out and made me feel at home the emergency room staff are a 10 and the outpatient infusion nurses are amazing just want too let them know how much I appreciate being treated with kindness
Orthopedic and Oncology Departments
I have back pain from a ruptured disk and your doctor told me she would refer me to a back specialist on Monday. she hasn't done anything as far as a referral. I am in extreme pain so please tell your doctor's to do their job. I understand that referrals can take some time but your doctor has not even tried to get me help or a referral and the workers comp person noted that. either make the doctor do her job or I'll get a lawyer because it's B's that I have to be in pain because you can't get good doctor's.
Such a great hospital!! Super nice staff, friendly! They’re always checking on my little! Answers all my questions!!
