RecommendedI was transferred to Memorial Hospital from a smaller hospital. I was brought in with acute coronary syndrome and quickly moved to the Cath Lab. The Cath team was professional and caring. I was emergently place on a balloon pump and scheduled for coronary artery bypass graft surgery. The surgeon, Dr Walinsky, was straight forward yet compassionate in letting know about the procedure. RecommendedThe ER experience exceeded my expectations. The visit was efficient with no waiting time. The staff and physician were knowledgeable, caring and kind. The staff quickly put me at ease and took my concerns to heart. They did not treat me as a patient but as a person. I would not hesitate visiting this ER again. Thank you.

RecommendedVery efficient check in process. And a safe check in process where he came out to my car to check me in.The nurses were very friendly and informative. I was just there to get a Covid test, but the doctor actually met with me and talked to me for quite a while, while waiting for the antibody test results. They gave me both the nasal swab and the antibody blood test which was very helpful.

Elderly mom with lung cancer was told to arrive 45 minutes prior to appointment time. She doesn’t drive and was dropped off since no accompanying person is allowed due to Covid rules, then staff told her to wait outside on a bench in the shade and wind until they called her for the actual appointment. No one else was in the inside waiting areas. I’ll hold the building management accountable if she gets sick. Shameful.
