My son's experience here is majority of the time not good. Especially in the ER dept. I personally don't feel like they listen to his concerns. He has full blown sickle cell anemia. Every time we come they always seem to question if he's really in paint because my son doesn't look like he's hurting, then he must no be in that much pain. I had to get a partial hysterectomy with a bladder and urethral sling put in. The staff was extremely helpful and on top of my medication. I was very impressed with every person who was on my case. With it being such a huge surgery for someone my age, the staff was very comforting.
They treat you like a real person there it's not all about What insurance do you have they actually care about you as a person Dr stradder is wonderful and his whole team especially his nurse Michelle no matter how bad the news is they still make you feel comfortable they do a great job there
A little bit confusing..." follow the long hall". Nurses on the first floor were nice. Still can't get over the aromas, but after all it's a hospital .
Best nurses! So funny and created an amazing environment!
