RecommendedThey are always welcoming and helpful, even though you obviously feel like crud when you get there .. I love that they are a UCHEALTH facility and already have access to my information.. And, you can reserve a time before you go so you can wait at home in comfort rather than sitting in the waiting room for your turn. Text messages from the facility about your reservation are helpful too !

wow! this place is a disappointment and has zero idea about what it means to take care of their patients. I was going to bower and asked last week if I could start seeing a different doctor because i felt neglected as a patient by bower... apparently I can't see another doctor and recieved a letter from them saying I need to find a different office. didn't know you could be fired as a patient for asking for someone else. where did health care go?? so sick of health service.

The team in Labor and Delivery as well as the team on the Mother’s floor on 2 were there for us through the delivery and beyond... Thank you for all you do!!

One specific doctor here has made me decide to go elsewhere for any of my family's urgent medical needs. My husband was advised to go to the ER for severe back pain because his doctor could not see him until the next day. Only for the doctor to make my husband feel like he was stupid and wrong for doing what he was told to do. This is a huge reason why my husband has refused to see doctors in general.
