I've had to take my oldest son here a few times, starting at 3 months old for surgery. Best nurses, doctors, & care I could ever ask for! Thank you for taking such good care of him & going above & beyond to make him comfortable:)
My son has never had a bad experience while staying here. He has to be in a isolation room when staying and everyone makes such an effort to make him feel like he is not being forgotten about. Yesterday, a music therapist brought in a keyboard for him to play and his face just lite up so bright! The goodie bag provided by Kohl's Cares was amazing. And I have to give a big thanks to Inna, Lana, and Amy for taking such great care of my son. You three made our stay as comfortable as it could possibly be. Thank you!!!
I cannot say enough good things about the UCDavis NICU. Every single person we encountered treated us with compassion and respect. The level of knowledge and expertise is amazing.
What a joke! Waiting 10 hours for a blood draw that took 30 seconds (with the worst bedside manner I have ever seen) and an xray that took less than 5 minutes. Doctor was arrogant and did not seem to know what he was talking about, I had to keep correcting him. Won't be back! Wish I could give a lowerer rating.
My baby girl was in PICU for about 6-7 days and then spent about 9 more days on the 7th floor. Everyone was wonderful and so supportive.. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my baby girl! I appreciate each and everyone, from doctors, nurses, respiratory therapists, child life specialists, surgery team. Everyone! Thank you so much!
