Everyone was so nice from check-in to check out. Took great care of me and very caring.
Thankful that the need was somewhat minor as eye injuries go. Had no idea where to go- blessed to have been working a serve at Hopes Door and as it happens Mindy is a staff member at the hospital. She recommended I get over to the hospital to get the chip removed from my eye. She called ahead and alerted them I was coming in. The staff was terrific and the treatment top notch. Much thanks to all of those folks that took care of me!
The Emergency Dept. doctors are amazingly wonderful! The doctors I see are very good, and I don't want to go anywhere else.
First impressions are everything in repeat business! I am very disappointed in my "very short" visit with Dr. Rosenstiel and staff. (Well I didn't even meet Dr. Rosenstiel???!) Being that I live in Montgomery, I have to request a day off for ALL my eye appointment visits. I am not new to UAB Callahan Eye Hospital as I've had multiple surgeries within the last three years there. What a Treasure. Great place. Dr Callahan and his team are excellent. If anyone is nervous about having Cataract surgery, dont be. A manicure is more uncomfortable than this. No discomfort at all. I LOVE my new eye and cant wait to have the other one done!
You have the worst billing service I have ever seen this is the third time you have ripped me off .Back in 2014 I had my left eye surgery done had my bill paid off 7 months later they send me a letter said I still owed them $50.00.Ok this year had my right eye surgery done when I called to do my preadmitting they told me 3 different times my copay was $245.00.Ok day of surgery check in lady says $245.00 I pay the amount in full 2 months later they send letter saying I once again owe $50.00 on copay so I call I appeal the cas... read more
