Have an appointment today after waiting for 3 months but I haven't been able to get ahold of anyone at the office. They absolutely suck . Please if you can find somewhere else to go don't put yourself threw it with them.
Dr. Hollie is the absolute best endocrinologist around. He has helped me in more ways than he will ever know. He is the most caring and compassionate doctor. Ashley and Miranda are the kindest nurses and alway take the time to make sure you feel comfortable. On the phone and in person. But with that being said there is a nurse there named Misty (Only reason for the 1 star review) Misty treated me with the upmost disrespect when I called to speak with one of his nurses just to ask a question. Miranda, Sherrie, Ashley and Dr. Hollie I made sure to get names of all that has helped during my visit because this office hasn’t always been so great. Night and day difference from 2 years ago. Great Group
My husband could not get his insulin and the nurse Missy wasn’t in any hurry to help us. She spoke very condescending to us. I asked to speak to the manager but the clinical coordinator came out instead at this point I am more frustrated. Ashley came out to the lobby to speak with us and she actually LISTENED and wanted to help us and she was very professional and apologetic.
