I actually don’t even have an issue with the practitioners. I have seen Tara Bennett and Hannah James and they are both good practitioners. I haven't even received an appointment yet- but reading these reviews- makes me feel good I wasn't the only one that had a terrible experience with the front desk (for the record- whoever initially answered the phone was super nice- then I was transferred to someone who doesn't need to work in customer service.) The lady at the front desk was rude at my first appointment. Then I go for my next appointment, I called and said I would be late. The guy that answered said as long as I am there by 8:50 I was good to go. The lady at the front desk was on the phone and I was in the office by 8:50. She continued on the phone instead of checking me in. She was rude to the caller on the phone as well as to me when I said I was in there by 8:50 and she was on the phone. If I could give them zero stars I would. By far the worst office I’ve ever been to. The receptionist is incredibly rude. Trying to get a refill on medications is ridiculous. I asked multiple times for a refill on one of my thyroid medications they prescribed and never got it, I had to go to my primary to get it refilled.
