If I could give them zero stars I would. By far the worst office I’ve ever been to. The receptionist is incredibly rude. Trying to get a refill on medications is ridiculous. I asked multiple times for a refill on one of my thyroid medications they prescribed and never got it, I had to go to my primary to get it refilled.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Jawahar for close to 2 years now and I have never had any issues with her or the nurses/staff in the office. I’ve always been able to get the appointments I need, always had my meds called in swiftly and correctly (and my dosages used to change frequently), and I’ve always gotten quick responses on MyChart messaging when I have had questions. I don’t know where to begin. This office has hands down been the worse medical experience in my life. I rarely if ever get calls about lab results, numerous scripts have been sent in in the wrong dosage. And when I call to ask why, I’m told that I am wrong when I literally have it on my after visit summary. The nurses have argued with my pharmacy regarding prescriptions even going so far as to call my pharmacy and argue with them instead of just giving verbal authorization.
