Great customer service, always very helpful and knowledgeable!
Not only is the customer Service is terrible but the manager quoted me a price on a set of tires and then added tax when I came to pick them up after bringing exact change and then be incompetent parts pullers ripped the tires trying to get them off the wheel with a tire machine although they did pay me back an extra $2.50 on my debit card and in cash so they paid me for the terrible experience ! I will never suggest any of my acquaintances go there for parts ever again nor will I ever buy a single part from them ever again
Always like coming here and the Yakima location to get my parts. It's always clean (as far as junkyards go) and it's nice that the vehicles are up in the air. That being said you can't really trust their website. Went and bought an ac compressor but ended up not buying an alternator from them. The website states that cores for compressors are $5 and for alternators are $8, they wanted to charge me $10 for each even though their website obviously says otherwise. I know $2 isn't a big difference but I would think that's exactl... read more
Worst customer service ever !!! Chick at the register was not helpful and acted like she didn't want to be there and as if we where waisting her time ! Please hire some one who at least acts like they like there job
