Well my first review would have been a good one for the Pasco location, however, the business closed and locked me in the back of the lot. By contacting them through Facebook the owner, his son, and a couple other employees arrived and treated me like I did something wrong. Refused to give me their names or allow me to buy the parts I did find and needed.
Hopefully the service is better when you walk in. Phone service sucks! They put you on hold and seems about every 5 minutes or so will start to ring again someone answer and put you right back on hold. How many times are we supposed to hold for!!!! Hold for 20 minutes to ask 10 second question. Not impressed with your phone service
Clean, organized junk yard. Even have maps made out so you can find cars easier. As of people knowing what do they have on inventory... People seem to forget... it's a junkyard. What junkyard have you ever been to that they have everything on inventory, maybe as of vehicles, but not the parts alone. I don't know, just my opinion. My friends and I love going to both their locations.
Good parts. But, you have to go in to know what they have. Calling is a joke. They have no idea on what is in the inventory. You call and say they don't have it and you go in and find two in 5 minutes. Making the inventory able to be searched by website would help a lot. Browsing the junk pile is fine when you have time. But, when you don't it's nerve racking.
